Againg and again Local BEST group Zaporizhzhya had resruitment. 29 brave students of our university participated in that and after being interviewed became active members of our group and our happy family.

Autumn Academic Course!

New school year was lighted up by the Academic course named “No crisis – no cry!”

This event passed from 5th until 16th of October at Zaporizhyan national technical university, 23 European students took part in this event. During 10 workings days students took a course of lectures, directed on the deep study of economic situation in the world, in details considered factors which served reasons of the crisis situation in different countries of the world.

Also young people had a chance got to know culture of Zaporizhzhya, by visiting Zaporizhya Sich and also driving on a cutter along Dnipr.

We start new hunting season.

Our target: students of the first, second, third and fourth year, that care how to spend their student life, like spending time with their friends, understand difference between words creative and inventive, easily communicate on English and Ukrainian, love their city and look for adventures. Waiting for you in september.

DE:CODED is a vast 72 hours fest of the computer art and IT technologies.

The main idea and purposes of fest are to create a platform for communication between the professional programmers, designers, computer music and movie makers, IT engineers and people who can’t leave without computers.

This year DE:CODED will take place at 29th - 31st of May in the well know Palace of Art, Сopernika 17 in Lviv. Everyone can participate in this fest, just register on the site (decoded.org.ua) and take your computer. Participation in the fest is free!

Presentation of DE:CODED in ZNTU will take place at 28th of April at 15:30 in the 381 auditorium.

BEST Zaporizhzhya started organizing grandiose project – European BEST Engineering Competition!

Now we are working to organize first two stages: local and national one. The winners of the national competition will make next step and take part in EBEC in Ghent, Belgium. We invite every student of our university to participate in our engineering competitions. Show your abilities and creativity! Make your own team and start!

13-18 March - Workshop

Good news for Zaporizhzhya and for the hole BEST: we took the challenge to organize Workshop on Knowledge Management. We are waiting to host 20 besties, who “want to develop BEST and come to Zaporizhzhya”. Preparations are running fast. We do our best to make spend in Zaporizhzhya time maximum qualitative, and to “work hard and party harder”.
